We specialize in guiding small and micro-business owners through developing short, medium and long range business goals and implementing strategies for sustained business growth.

Ronnie Elmore
Ronnie Elmore, the founder of R2, helps entrepreneurs develop strategies for success. For years, Ronnie helped her friends start, manage or market their businesses. These were talented hair stylists, chefs, commercial drivers, etc. who had little to no business experience. She realized that there was a need for entrepreneurs who either just needed a little assistance getting started or who wanted to focus on their skill instead of spending time on business admin tasks.
After obtaining her MBA in 2015 and a brief stint as a Graduate School Teaching Assistant, Ronnie decided to start R Squared Management.
